I had a fantastic time at Kobe’s, thanks to the amazing Chef Kevin Pham. His entertaining hibachi performance and excellent cooking skills made our dinner memorable. The steak, shrimp, and vegetables were delicious, and his playful banter added to the fun. If you’re looking for a great hibachi experience, I highly recommend Chef Kevin Pham. Our waistress Lan was a very attentive! We will request her for our next family outing at Kobe’s!

This was my second time going to Kobe’s. It was a holiday and we didn’t have a reservation but they accommodate us well within a reasonable time. The food was good and I was full before our chef could even finish. He was very interactive and very professional. I will definitely be back. See you soon
We have been going to Kobe Steakhouse in Longwood for 20 years and from day 1 we have had Chef Fuji! He is so funny and makes our dining experience so memorable. When our son was little he used to dress up in a chef outfit when we had dinner with Chef Fuji. Tonight was our son’s 21st birthday and Chef Fuji was excited to take another picture with our son. I can not recommend Kobe Steakhouse Longwood and Chef Fuji enough. The food is always wonderful and the staff are amazing. I can’t leave a 5 star review without mentioning another staff member who we almost always have, and that is Kevin. Kevin is such a great server and always makes us laugh. Again, I can not recommend Kobe Steakhouse of Longwood, Chef Fuji and Kevin enough. I have attached 2 photos, 17 years apart, same big smiles, same 5 star experience!
We had a great experience at Kobé with chef Kevin Pham! We haven’t been here in 2 years since our daughter was born, this was her first time coming and it’s a great place for toddlers to be entertained while eating. The food was amazing, probably the best tasting I’ve ever had at Kobé, the chef Kevin was hilarious and just a great cook overall.
